I've been going to Cavalacade for years. I trust their work and I have never found them to try to get me to do work I don't need. As a person who has been taken advantage of by other dealerships, this is important to me.

I was greeted by the service advisors quickly and I told them of a small additional problem that I wanted them to look at while doing my oil change. I was advised within 15 minutes of what the solution to the additional issue was and its repair cost. All work was completed promptly.
